Privacy & Data Protection Policy

We collect only the data necessary to operate your Digital Asset Factory, including: core personal data (name, email, contact method), and professional data (methodology files, presentations, and professional links you upload for diagnostic purposes).

Your data is processed exclusively to: analyze your expertise using AI engines to generate a draft of your Digital Value Asset™; operate and manage your factory dashboard; and contact you to schedule Executive Review sessions and provide technical support.

To ensure the highest levels of efficiency and reliability for your digital factory, your data and methodologies are hosted and processed on secure, trusted cloud servers located in [TBD — actual hosting location, e.g., AWS servers in Ireland/USA]. We commit to applying maximum encryption and technical isolation standards. By agreeing to this policy, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the processing of your data outside the geographic territory of Saudi Arabia for the purpose of operating your digital asset. We further commit absolutely to never using your data or ideas to train public or third-party AI models.

HAK1M™ acts as your technology partner. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Access to your data is limited to the technical systems operating the platform and HAK1M™ experts involved in your calibration sessions.

We retain your data and methodologies for as long as your asset's operating subscription remains active. If the partnership is suspended or terminated, your data is retained in an isolated archive for 30 days to allow you to recover your raw copy. After this period expires, HAK1M™ commits to permanently erasing and destroying the data.

Under Saudi regulations, you always have the right to: request access to your data or its correction; request the destruction or deletion of your data and uploaded files (noting that this will fully stop your digital asset from operating); and retrieve a copy of your raw input data at any time.
